| Green Flex Strip 12v IP-68 | You could use any color or rgb strips but this was going to be used on a green jeep and he only wanted it to be green |

| Mounting | While the waterproof strips come with self stick mounts we don't recommend them for automotive applications as they will not hold up to the stress of the road. We recommend you use zip ties and attach the flex strips to the frame or if you don't have anything to attach it to you can string up a piece of stiff wire from those old politician signs, rod, fiber glass fence post or driveway markers or even a good nylon rope and zip tie the flex strip to that |
| Connectors | after you cut the strips we recommend soldering a short length of flexible wire on then covering the connection with silicone and heat shrink tubing you can then use our waterproof butt connectors to join the strips and wires together (if you don't feel comfortable soldering the connections you can always send us a note with the lengths you need and we can make them for you for a small fee) |
| Controller/Dimmer | For single color strips you can direct wire to toggle switches or you could use our PWM Dimmers or Key-Chain remote controls instead. if you are going to use RGB strips we recommend our Audio RF Key-chain Remote as it has a built in Mic and can make the colors change to the beat of the music. or you could just use one of our IR Controllers |
| Power Supply |
As our 12v strips are designed for 12v use you don't need need a power supply just run it off your battery (we recommend you use a inline fuse in the 2-5Amp range as close to the battery as possible) (for use on semi-trucks you can use our 24v strips) |
