Two control modes:
1. Voice control from Alexa and Google Home. By downloading Magic home app, simply ask Alexa/Google to turn on or off the light strip.
2. Smart phone control from anywhere. With Magic home app on your cellphone, 16 million colors available for selection.
How to use it:
Step 1, connect this wifi controller to the LED light strip via the 4 pin connector or adapter sold separately, then connect to a DC power supply or battery.
Step 2, Scan the code on the wifi controller via your phone to download the Magic home app or find it in the play store.
Step 3, Go to your phone WiFi setting, find the “LEDNet….”, network and connect to it. If you cannot find it or have changed networks since you last used it, Reset the WIFI controller by plugging and unplugging the connector repeatedly 4 times in a row.
Step 4, Go to the Magic Home app on your phone, click “Direct connect the device control”, then you can control your led light strip via your phone. Please note this method is for places you don't have WiFi like costumes, cars or boats so keep the phone near the controller to receive its WiFi signal. if you want to connect to your house WiFi go to the next step
2. Network Mode:
First make sure you are connecting to a 2.4Ghz Network, It does not support 5Ghz WiFi
From step 4 of the above instructions, click “Setting” in the Magic Home app, then input the password of your 2.4Ghz home wifi network. Finally, connect your phone back to your house wifi (the same one you just entered the password for).
Now you can control the light strip from the magic home app via your smartphone or smart speaker.
Under this mode, you phone can control multi WiFi RGB controllers at the same time. You can rename them and group them to control individually or as a group.
